I def. made the right choice choosing Tandem Mechanical to service my boiler system. I needed my boiler serviced and Josh and Sam arrived today and serviced the boiler in a professional manner. Josh explained everything they were going to do before they started work. They were punctual, professional and went above and beyond. They also addressed questions I had on two other issues, one which could have been a problem later on if not addressed. “Had my water tank go on me this past weekend memorial weekend at that! But fortunately i was covered 100% by warranty and tandem mechanical was the company the insurance sent my way Viktoria was great in communication with me explaining everything from start to finish even offered to come in on that very same weekend her crew of guys please don’t be taken back they are young but very smart educated and well prepared for the job very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to get the job done Sam took over and he finished the job due to one of the guys who had to leave early (no waiting he did not leave or stopped working until Sam got there)Sam took his time and made sure everything was put back in order he was kind enough to accompany me to the store to make the exchange return yesterday was very hot he did not once complained very patient and i think that is very important in jobs like these.
