Heat Pump Repair in Bethany, CT

“I am a first time home buyer and not familiar with the boiler/heating system in my home and was apprehensive about finding a service provider to service my boiler. I def. made the right choice choosing Tandem Mechanical to service my boiler system. I needed my boiler serviced and Josh and Sam arrived today and serviced the boiler in a professional manner. Josh explained everything they were going to do before they started work. They were punctual, professional and went above and beyond. They also addressed questions I had on two other issues, one which could have been a problem later on if not addressed. I was very impressed with these guys and also the lady I spoke with re: setting up the appointment. Thank you TM! Much appreciated.”

“I always try to support small, local businesses whenever I can, and this was an overall great experience from start to finish! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. They went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain the products and services, and provide helpful information that I can actually use. It’s not every day you come across a business that is this friendly, informative, and willing to go the extra mile. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend giving this local small business a try. They were beyond helpful, and I’m very happy I reached out to them! Supporting local businesses is always a win, especially when you find one this good!”

“Josh was very prompt and professional. Quoted over the phone a basic price and charged me less. He switched out my old gas stove and hooked up my new one. I would definitely recommend him. 5 Stars!!”
