Choose the Drain-Cleaning Method That Fits the Problem

Hydro Jetting uses high-pressure water through suitable drain or sewer piping to remove grease, scale, sediment and other heavy buildup from the pipe walls. Jetting is selected only after considering pipe material, condition, diameter, access and the type of restriction.

What This Job Entails

Hydro Jetting — The Full Breakdown

Exactly what we do, what you get, and what to expect — answered the way a careful customer would ask.

What exactly is included in this service?

  • Technician assessment of reported drain symptoms and selection of appropriate clearing method
  • Mechanical snaking or high-pressure hydro jetting of the affected drain or sewer line
  • Post-clearing flow test at the fixture or cleanout to confirm restored drainage
  • Verbal review of findings with the customer including any observed pipe conditions
  • Protection of floor surfaces during the service and cleanup of the immediate work area
  • Recommendation on whether follow-up camera inspection or additional service is warranted

What is NOT included?

  • Sewer camera inspection (available as an add-on service)
  • Replacement of damaged, collapsed, or root-infiltrated pipe sections
  • Permit fees if required for associated repair work
  • After-hours or emergency dispatch outside of scheduled service windows
  • Grease trap pumping or cleaning (separate service)

How long does the job take?

Expected duration: 30 to 60 minutes for a standard fixture drain snaking. 1 to 3 hours for main sewer line clearing or full hydro jetting service, depending on line length, severity of buildup, and access conditions.

Is the work warrantied or guaranteed?

Workmanship on drain clearing services is guaranteed for 30 days against the same blockage at the same location under normal use conditions. If the same drain stops up again within 30 days due to a blockage we cleared, contact us and we will return to assess the situation. Recurring stoppages caused by structural pipe damage, ongoing root intrusion, or improper use of the drain system fall outside the clearing warranty and may require a separate repair service. Manufacturer warranties apply to any parts installed.

Repair First

Repair When It Makes Sense. Replace Only When It Makes Sense.

Our first job is to diagnose the problem. We do not assume a failed system automatically needs replacement.

Drain snaking and hydro jetting are clearing and maintenance services, not repairs in the traditional sense. However, the choice between them matters: snaking is appropriate for soft, isolated blockages and is gentler on older or fragile pipes, while hydro jetting provides a thorough clean for persistent or widespread buildup and is the standard before a sewer lining or relining project. If our camera inspection reveals collapsed pipe sections, severe root intrusion with structural damage, or pipe belly conditions causing standing water, clearing alone will not solve the problem and pipe repair or replacement may be necessary. We will explain any findings honestly so you can make an informed decision.

If replacement is the practical choice, qualifying installation financing may be available. Subject to approval.

Residential & Commercial Hydro Jetting

Residential Service

Residential snaking and jetting may be used for kitchen, bathroom, floor-drain, branch-line, and main-sewer problems depending on access and pipe condition.

Commercial Service

Commercial drain systems often see heavier grease, sediment, and usage. Cleaning methods are selected around the line condition, property operations, access, and the type of buildup.

Performance & Quality Factors

Pipe material, age, condition, diameter, access, blockage type, roots, grease, sediment, and prior repairs all affect which drain-cleaning method is appropriate.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Recurring buildup may benefit from a planned maintenance interval, especially in heavily used commercial systems. Repeated clogs in the same line should be investigated for an underlying condition.
